Grilled Tofu


Ingredients:
2 pieces of dried tofu
1/2 carrot sliced long
1/2 sweet turnip sliced long
1/2 cucumber sliced long


Ingredients For Paste:
cooked dried chillies
brown sugar
2 cloves of garlic
grounded roasted peanuts


How To Make:
1. Grilled tofu for two minutes
2. Mix well the paste with carrots, sweet turnip and cucumber
3. Then, insert the mixture into grilled tofu
4. Cut into two pieces and ready to be served.




Honey Chicken


Ingredients:
1/2 chicken (cut)
5 cloves of garlic (blended)
1 inch of ginger (blended)
4 tbsp chilli powder
3 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp sugar, cinnamon & lime juice


How To Make:
1. Fried the chickens and set it aside
2. Saute the blended ingredients with cinnamon
3. Add chilli powder, curry powder and stir briefly
4. After that, add sugar and lime juice
5. Then, add the fried chickens and mix well
6. Ready to be served
